Glyco Care – Shipping Policy

At Glyco Care, we aim to deliver your skincare essentials quickly, safely, and reliably.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message/email.

2. Delivery Time

  • Nationwide Delivery: 2–5 working days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard delivery charges will be applied at checkout.
  • Free shipping may be offered on selected deals or order amounts (if applicable).

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/WhatsApp/email.
  • You can track your parcel through the courier service.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
  • Please ensure you are available to receive the parcel at the time of delivery.

6. Failed Deliveries

  • If the customer is unavailable, the courier may attempt delivery again.
  • In case of repeated failed attempts, the order may be cancelled.

7. Address Responsibility

  • Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
  • Glyco Care is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information.

8. Delays

  • Unexpected delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or courier issues.
  • We appreciate your patience in such cases.
