Glyco Care โ Refund & Exchange Policy
At Glyco Care, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver high-quality skincare products, but if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, weโre here to help.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
- Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Exchange is only applicable in case of:
- Damaged product
- Wrong item received
- Defective product
2. Refund Policy
- We do not offer cash refunds.
- In eligible cases, customers will be provided:
- Store credit, or
- Product exchange
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos/videos as proof.
- After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging
- Items purchased on sale or promotion (unless damaged)
5. Exchange Process
- Contact our support team via WhatsApp / Email / DM
- Provide your order number and issue details
- Our team will review and guide you further
- Once approved, the replacement will be processed
6. Shipping Costs
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges (unless the product is damaged or incorrect).
- Glyco Care will cover shipping costs for approved damaged/incorrect items.
