Glyco Care โ€“ Refund & Exchange Policy

At Glyco Care, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver high-quality skincare products, but if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, weโ€™re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Exchange is only applicable in case of:
    • Damaged product
    • Wrong item received
    • Defective product

2. Refund Policy

  • We do not offer cash refunds.
  • In eligible cases, customers will be provided:
    • Store credit, or
    • Product exchange

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos/videos as proof.
  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items purchased on sale or promotion (unless damaged)

5. Exchange Process

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp / Email / DM
  2. Provide your order number and issue details
  3. Our team will review and guide you further
  4. Once approved, the replacement will be processed

6. Shipping Costs

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges (unless the product is damaged or incorrect).
  • Glyco Care will cover shipping costs for approved damaged/incorrect items.
